Estimated attendance is required at the time of booking and a more precise estimate one week in advance. Guaranteed attendance is required 3 business days prior to your event. If a final guarantee is not received, the estimated number will be used. Final charges are based on the actual number of guests served should it be higher than the guarantee.
Bar services are available in Wilf’s, The Turret, and the Hawk’s Nest Lounge. For further details regarding room capacities and services available please contact 519-884-0710 x4636.
Should you require set up for your event (tables and chairs), please add this in the additional comments section of your form.
Catering orders will be accepted up until 3 business days prior to the event and may only be delivered within the Fred Nichols Campus Cente.
Deposits paid in confirmation of this event booking with Wilfrid Laurier University Students’ Union are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled event. All additional requests for special services, audio visual requirements or special staffing requirements must be made one week in advance of the event date given by event convenor.
The convenor is responsible for repairs or clean up costs associated with restoring the room to a saleable condition as a result of misuse to the room. Use of items such as confetti, metal confetti, scotch tape, nails or staples is not permitted.
Confirmation and contract for forthcoming function. A signed contract is required to confirm your booking.
By processing this catering request, the client gives WLUSU permission to charge the account number provided through CaterTrax for services rendered.
The convenor agrees that WLUSU may at its sole discretion cancel this contract by giving oral or written notice of its decision to do so. The contract will be cancelled If WLUSU should consider to hold the function might be expected to result in civil commotion, harassment of WLUSU staff or damage to the facility and return to the convenor any deposit paid to it and there shall be no further liability upon it.
